England’s largest not-for-profit provider of housing and care for the over-55s, giving older people a choice of great places and ways to live.
Anchor Trust needed to attract candidates in 100 roles across 12 locations in the South – a region in the past where vacancies had been hard to fill. In order to be successful, we quickly realised that we needed to reach candidates already working in this sector, as well as ones who were pro-actively considering a career change. For Anchor Trust it was also important to raise overall awareness and promote itself as an employer of choice.
Due to the large volume of roles and the speed in which they needed to be filled, Accord recognised that a multi-channel approach was required in order to target and reach as many people as possible. Included in the campaign mix were OOH, radio (including Spotify), social media and our Talent Tracker technology.
Creatively our design concepts mirrored the styling of Anchor Trust’s careers website, whilst the copy reinforced their key values and employer benefits.
