Multi-channel marketing

We realised that we needed to reach candidates already working in the sector, as well as those pro-actively considering a career change.

Due to the sheer volume of roles and the speed in which they needed to be filled, we delivered a multi-channel campaign that included out of home, radio (including Spotify), social media and Talent Tracker retargeting.

Creatively our design concepts mirrored the styling of Anchor Trust’s careers website, whilst the copy reinforced their key values and employer benefits.
