Launched in 2016, our Digital Academy is designed to deliver best-in-class training via specialist modules and one-to-one coaching.


During each of the 12-month programmes - for Paid Search, SEO and Analytics - you will develop a detailed understanding of how digital solutions solve marketing challenges and gain the technical skills needed to succeed in this fast-paced industry.

All modules are taught, tested, and learnt through immediate application in the workplace, and our tutors will provide all the support, knowledge, and in-depth feedback you need to progress.

Who we are looking for?

  • Are you a graduate looking for your first role in digital?

  • A highly numerate, enthusiastic and hard-working individual with no formal experience? 

  • A junior digital exec looking for more responsibility? 

  • Or an experienced digital marketer with a proven track record in delivering creative campaigns underpinned by analysis and innovation, but who now wants to be part of a team operating at the forefront of industry best practice.

Regardless of your background or experience, you’ll probably agree that the best service starts with the best people. 

So, from the moment you join us, you’ll be introduced to a unique and structured Digital Academy programme that takes a minimum of one year to complete.  It includes classroom and on-the-job training, as well a series of exams designed by Google across a range of disciplines.  You’ll also be trained in Bing, Meta, X (formally Twitter) and TikTok best practice.

Over a course of over 25 different modules, the aim is to build up your knowledge on any given subject to the point you’re viewed as an expert. An expert who can solve problems, who can think fast and creatively, and who can push boundaries to find innovative solutions.

What we need from you

Dependent on the role, your responsibilities will revolve around planning, delivering and pro-actively managing best-in-class PPC and SEO campaigns, or analysing and interpreting a comprehensive collection of data so that we focus on the metrics that matter.  You need to be:

  •  A quick learner focused on keeping up to date with a constantly evolving and complex media landscape.

  • Analytical, performance-orientated, with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Able to work independently and towards your own objectives and as part of a wider, cross-channel team.

  • An excellent communicator: must be a personable, confident team player, able to build strong collaborative relationships.

  • Acute attention to detail, organised and able to prioritise tasks/projects.

  • Computer literate.
