LOOP: Market-leading analytics made simple

As a performance-first agency, data underpins every level of our service. From our planning principles and audience profiling to end-of-campaign reviews and industry benchmarking, we’re powered by insights.

As such, a vital part of our service, knowing how to cut through the noise to uncover the necessary information, is something we’re experts at. In fact, we’ve built our own tool so that you can be too. Let us introduce LOOP.

What is LOOP?

LOOP is an advanced data visualisation system that consolidates data from all of your marketing channels into a simple-to-use interface. But what does that actually mean?

Simply put, it’s a window into your customers’ thoughts and actions.

LOOP provides the information you need to know in an easy-to-digest format, giving you an overview of your entire marketing campaign.

The evolution of LOOP

Great things take time to build, and we have now been working on LOOP for over 13 years. So, as ‘me at the zoo’ became the first video uploaded to a new platform called YouTube (we think it’ll catch on!), we were working on Insight, our first step towards LOOP.

From a simple file management tool to a powerhouse marketing platform at the forefront of client reporting and optimisation, it’s certainly come a long way.

How can LOOP upgrade your analytics?

Marketing today is driven by data-backed research and consumer information that can be captured at every stage in the path to purchase. You don’t need to guess what people want; you simply need to know where to look. After all, if you know your target users’ behaviours, goals and challenges, you can devise campaigns that cater to their specific needs. Data that reveals browsing patterns, social media activity and online buying habits will help you focus your marketing efforts on what works.

Our six-stage cycle of measurement makes sure that no stone is left unturned. From understanding your business objects and your current analytics capabilities to working as an extended part of your team to integrate LOOP into your business, our experience ensures that our system works.

Loop's measurement cycle

And with a selection of interactive dashboards, your teams are able to get the data they need. To start, our KPI overview is perfect for senior management who want to see the bigger picture of performance. Then, for the marketing team, discover a dashboard showing channel-level performance summaries with breakdowns and comparisons. The operation team has their own unique view, with campaign and ad-level performance breakdowns, allowing for the in-depth optimisation of campaigns. LOOP is a tool for every facet of your team.

The difference LOOP is already making

Over 200 brands are currently using LOOP to better understand their data. When it comes to the numbers, this includes over a terabyte of data processed daily and 750 million rows of information compressed into dashboards that are being viewed over 6,000 times a month.

One such brand is Ambassador Cruise Line. A proportion of their customer conversions occur outside of their web booking journey; Ambassador identified a need to source data that was absent from Google Analytics to understand their customers better and show them the complete picture.

Using LOOP’s ability to match disparate data sets, we imported and joined offline bookings to online journeys and calculated conversion values that enabled enhanced optimisation and refined Smart Bidding strategies within Google Ads.

Introducing LOOP to your approach

LOOP puts the power in your hands to see the entire customer narrative. Whether you are a small business looking to understand your analytics or a company needing bespoke integration of third-party data, we can help.  Whether you want a demonstration of LOOP or to discuss what you’re hoping to learn from your data analytics, contact Accord Marketing today to take your first step to better understanding your consumers.
